The Middleton/West triple dual went very well. After not having a meet for 3 weeks, the boys could not wait to swim. Alex Loftus set two career-best times in his wins in the 200 IM and the 100 breaststroke. Many PR's were set by the team. We hope the effort continues at practice and the times continue to drop.
